Nappy Brown!

Legendary bluesman Nappy Brown is back for his weekly football picks, so let’s get to prognosticatin’!

Week Eleven

Sunday night The Last Great Quarterback goes up against The Next Great Quarterback.

“Passing the torch” is a phrase that gets thrown around a lot in sports. And this ain’t necessarily the night that’s going to happen, because these two teams most likely got a playoff game in them. But Tom Brady to Andrew Luck seems to be the direction the league is takin’. Andrew Luck is havin’ a better season than Peyton Manning. Now I know everybody’s hollerin’ “Nappy! Brady ain’t the best QB to pass the torch! Peyton is!”

Quarterbackin’s all about leadership. Peyton Manning got the stats. He’s Dan Marino. But Tom Brady got the titles. He’s Joe Montana. Who do you want on that final Super Bowl drive: Marino or Montana?

Does Andrew Luck wanna be a Joe or Dan? Nappy knows if it was Nappy, Nappy would wanna be a hot cup a Joe!
